Commission, explained
Commission is charged only on capital actually raised or deal value closed through the platform — 1% on Growth and Venture Round plans, 1.25% on the Angel Round plan.

- Founder and business-owner information shared for fundraising, project finance or business sale: business idea, pitch materials, financial information and KYC documents.

3. How we use your information
- To provide platform access, send payment and login links, and deliver our services.
- To share deal information (idea, pitch and financials) with investors and buyers on our network as part of maintained deal flow.
- To conduct due diligence and KYC through our team.
- To contact you regarding your enquiry, plan or account, including via email, phone and WhatsApp.
4. Sharing of information
Founder and business materials are shared only with investors and buyers on the New Camp network for the purpose of the mandate, and sensitive details only after NDA. We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers (such as form and payment processors) to operate the platform.
5. Data security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to desk@newcampcapital.com.
7. Fees, commission & taxes
Success commission is payable on funds raised or deal value closed through the platform as per your selected plan.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of terms
By registering on New Camp, listing a mandate, or creating an investor profile, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Nature of the platform
New Camp Capital Solutions Private Limited operates a connecting platform that facilitates introductions between founders, project owners and business owners on one side, and investors and buyers on the other. New Camp is not a stock broker, merchant banker, investment adviser or portfolio manager, and does not itself invest in, underwrite or guarantee any transaction.
3. Eligibility
By registering, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and, where applicable as an investor, that you meet the risk tolerance appropriate for illiquid, high-risk private investments.
4. Founder & business-owner obligations
You confirm that all information, financials and documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform without refund.
5. Investor obligations
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and due diligence. New Camp's facilitation, including diligence and KYC support, does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of any outcome.
6. Fees
Registration fees and success commissions are as published on the Plans page at the time of listing. Fees are payable as per the Refund Policy.
7. Confidentiality
Sensitive company information is disclosed to investors only after an NDA is executed. Investors agree to use such information solely for evaluating the specific opportunity.
8. Limitation of liability
New Camp is not liable for investment losses, failed transactions, or outcomes of introductions made through the platform. Our role is limited to facilitation and the specific services described in your plan.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund Policy
How registration fees and refunds are handled on New Camp.

1. Registration fees
The one-time registration fee (Basic Listing ₹9,999, Angel Round ₹14,999, Venture Round ₹29,999, or Growth Round ₹39,999) covers listing on the platform and your initial consultation with our deal team.
2. Before the Service Agreement is signed
If you cancel before the Service Agreement is executed and before any consultation or preparatory work has begun, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment by writing to desk@newcampcapital.com.
3. After onboarding begins
Once the Service Agreement is signed and onboarding, consultation or preparatory work (pitch review, financial structuring, KYC, etc.) has commenced, the registration fee is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed by our deal team.
4. Success commission
Success commission is payable only when a transaction actually closes through the platform. If no transaction closes, no success commission is charged. Commission already paid on a closed transaction is non-refundable.
5. Platform-side cancellation
If New Camp is unable to onboard your mandate for reasons within our control (for example, failing internal compliance checks after payment), a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.
6. How to request a refund
Email desk@newcampcapital.com with your registered email and payment details. Eligible refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

Registration does not guarantee funding
Paying the registration fee for any plan — Basic Listing, Angel Round, Venture Round or Growth Round — secures your listing on the New Camp platform and the specific services described in that plan. It does not guarantee that you will receive funding, that any investor will commit capital, that a business sale will complete, or that your project will be financed.
We are not guaranteeing funding
New Camp Capital Solutions Private Limited connects founders, project owners and business owners with investors and buyers on our network. We facilitate introductions, curate deal flow, and support negotiations — but the decision to invest, and the amount invested, rests entirely with individual investors. No employee, consultant, or representative of New Camp is authorised to promise, guarantee, or imply a guaranteed funding outcome, timeline, or amount.
Funding ceilings by plan
- Basic Listing: maximum funding sought under this plan is ₹1 crore.
- Angel Round: maximum funding sought under this plan is ₹1 crore.
- Venture Round: maximum funding sought under this plan is ₹5 crore.
- Growth Round: no fixed ceiling; intended for raises above ₹5 crore.
The funding amount you list must not exceed the ceiling of your selected plan. If your requirement grows beyond your current plan's ceiling, you may upgrade to a higher plan at any time, subject to any applicable difference in fees.
No assurance of timelines
Deal timelines vary by size, sector, and investor appetite. Any timeframes mentioned on this website (for example, a 6-month deal-support window) refer to the period of our active support and facilitation — not a guarantee that funding will be secured within that period.
Risk acknowledgement
Startup, project and private business investments are inherently uncertain. Many raises take longer than expected, close at a lower amount than sought, or do not close at all. Registering with New Camp does not change these underlying risks or the independent decision-making of investors.
Your acknowledgement
By paying a registration fee and listing on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer, and that New Camp's role is limited to facilitation, preparation, and support as described in your selected plan — not a guarantee of funding.
